Why the word 'undoing' in the title.......since giving up paid employment we have become super busy doing 'good' things. It's very difficult to say no to helping out a good cause. We have become so busy that finding time to enjoy what we have and not feel guilty is rare. Therefore we are taking hold of a unique time in our lives to travel.

We are not trying to “find ourselves” or anything like that – it’s just that we have an opportunity now to do something we have dreamed of for a while – to spend a year (and a bit) touring France, Spain and Portugal. It will also, we hope, give us a chance to spend a lot less time doing and a lot more time being.

We are travelling in our caravan....which we call 'Grace'....

It will mean getting used to a smaller environment, not much storage, an all together non cluttered way of living. A bit of a challenge, but one that we are both looking forward to experiencing.

The freedom which we get from moving around with our home in tow is quite different and self sufficient.
